A Roman Catholic school for age 3 through Grade 8, under the pastoral care of Fr. Cesar Jaramillo and the unwavering commitment to Catholic education of Sr. Marie Antonelli, our school principal. Holy Mass every Friday at 8:30 AM, Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament on Tuesdays, prayer to open every day, and classes small enough that a teacher notices when your child is quiet.

Our students walk next door to the parish church. They serve at the altar, they sing, they kneel in front of the Blessed Sacrament, and they learn the prayers by praying them — every week, not once a term.
The whole school at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass with the parish, offered by our pastor, every Friday. Parents and grandparents are always welcome in the pews.

Every classroom opens in prayer, and First Reconciliation, First Holy Communion and Confirmation are prepared here alongside the parish.
Holy Spirit School is a school of Holy Spirit Parish. Fr. Cesar offers the school Mass on Fridays and oversees our students’ preparation for the Sacraments alongside the parish.
Forty years at this school, and she still knows every child by name.

Sr. Marie professed her final vows as a member of the Community of Religious Teachers Filippini, and she has given her entire religious life to Catholic education — more than forty years of it inside this building. Parents who walk their own children through our doors were walked through them by her.
She holds a B.A. in education from Seton Hall University and an M.A. in administration and supervision from Fordham University.

Three and four year olds start here and stay for nine years. They learn their prayers before they learn to read, they know the teachers who will still be greeting them in Grade 5, and their parents know each other by the second week.

Visit on a school day
Tours run every Tuesday morning through the school year. You will see real classrooms mid‑lesson, not a staged open house.
Send the application
One form, your child’s records, and the Baptismal certificate where it applies. Admission is rolling, so earlier is better for PreK.
Settle the tuition
Choose a payment schedule, ask about parish rates and aid, and we handle uniforms, lunch and child care before the first bell.
A public school will teach your child. We were built to form one in Christ.
The public schools around us do what the state built them to do. But the same law that funds them keeps Christ out of the classroom, and the scale that makes them efficient makes them anonymous. Holy Spirit School exists for the other thing: a child formed in Christ, in a room small enough for someone to notice.

Families come to us after a year at the kitchen table, or after eight. The questions are always the same ones: where would my child be placed, what happens to the Sacraments we have been preparing at home, and will the faith we built be echoed here or corrected.
Come on a Tuesday morning and ask them in person. Bring the work your child has done.

The Sacraments are not an add‑on to the school week, and we are not trying to replace you. Parents hand on the faith; we echo it, in the same church your family kneels in on Sunday, with the prayers your grandparents said.
The Ron Marra Award
2026 winnersThe Marra Family, in memory of husband, father and grandfather Ron Marra, selects winners in each of the three grades who will continue on in Catholic school for the following school year. The scholarship award of $250 per winner is applied to their tuition.
